Q: What is my role in the chargeback procedure?
A: When we receive a retrieval request from the Card Issuing Bank, we will notify you in writing, giving you the details of the transaction for which information is required. It is mandatory to supply us with this information within seven days of receiving our notification.
To prevent any delay in the retrieval process, please ensure that Standard Bank is always in receipt of your current contact details.
